About MOTU Food Co.
The Mamea family has been entertaining large party's with these family recipes for years. We spent alot of time cooking for huge family events & mastering our techniques. My father Tusi was the oldest of 12 Samoan kids, so our family dinners are large party's. Over the years our family just got bigger and so did their appetite. Our food had to be simple, flavorful, & delicious to please the crowds. Eventually our family & friends wanted in on the fun. So we decided to share our delicious cuisine with everyone. The first ingredient in all of our recipes is love, and we cook everyday with care.
